another trip to the dvd shop...

every trip to the dvd shop is interesting. during my last trip i discovered 'the da vinci load'. i went earlier today and this was what caught my eye.



According to the plot outline from imdb.com... the Aristocrats is a "documentary about a joke". i've seen this documentary and nowhere in it do i see those 2 chicks on the cover or even the chick in the background. such misrepresentation.










then comes good night and good luck. a historical drama about set in the 1950's that talks about the threat of communism during the time of senator Joseph McCarthy. once again...i've seen this movie...did i miss something? boobies perhaps....





there are many other dvd covers that are equally absurd but these 2 movies take the cake. but why is it they have to spice up the covers? is it because malaysians are just not interested in such movies? are we the consumers only interested in sex...or the idea of sex? takkan...

bring back proper dvd covers please!!!!
