and the games just keep on going....

so it's been a day and still the games are on...they've been going on for almost 24 hours now...with a couple of hours break in between of course.

anyway...last night we had a nice little family dinner. i learned that my mom has a habit of wanting to adopt homeless people and welcome them into our home. i started a conversation about urine. basically i conveyed the story about that lady and her kid at the public toilet. not a very good topic to speak about at a dinner table.

i also mentioned about 'world's apart' and how one of the families were sent to MALAYSIA! if you don't know by now...world's apart is a tv show on AXN where they send an american family to a 'kampung' (or as they like to term it....3rd world country) area...i.e. africa, mongolia, fiji...and the family has to stay there for 10 days. they have to try to adapt and live like the natives. so they sent a family to some iban kampung in sarawak. maybe now a few more americans will know where our country is but they'll assume that it's a jakun place where people hunt for food and wear loin cloths. not so good for malaysian tourism don't ya think....
