Justifiable head butt?

apparently...materazzi is a nipple fondling faggot. i guess zidane decided to take justice into his own hands.

i'm curious to know though...if materazzi was caught in the act by the referee...red handedly spotted tweaking zidane's nipples...would he have been penalized?
